I am Minerva , The Girl Behind the Lens. I specialize in natural lighting. I use the natural elements around me to capture your best side, the natural smiles, and the very special moments.

My specialty is giving all of you an experience that you can share with the rest of the world!

The best part of what I do is the people I meet and the stories they share with me. I've been shooting at South Padre Island for about eight years now, ever since I moved back to the Rio Grand Valley from Austin, Texas.

Photography means more to me than just a pretty picture. It means a connection in time to which can take you back just by looking at it. It's a memory that you can look at and be transported to immediately.

I tell my customers what to expect before and when we meet up. Expect to walk, run, and most of all HAVE FUN!!

Whether you are coming to South Padre; solo, with your beau, or in a large group setting, I accommodate everyone! I LOVE DOGS, so if you want your session with your furr-babies, I am so ready. Lets do it!!

Oh and one more thing, if we are shooting at the Island, no shoes are needed!
